License your company data to AI labs
Monetize the data only your company has.
AI labs pay companies for real operational data — the tickets, threads, commits and decisions that show how work actually gets done. DataHeap sources it, prepares it and delivers it. You approve every deal and get paid.
Active buyer programmes advertise $100K–$5M+ per partnership

What AI can’t do
Today's best AI systems finish under 5% of the actual real jobs people put in front of them. To improve, they need real examples of how people tackle the work — and most of those examples are private.
support tickets
- 84,210 tickets · 2021–2025
- escalation outcomes attached
- buyers pay for exactly this
image boards
- scraped, republished, exhausted
- no rights, no outcomes, no depth
- increasingly worthless to buyers
The public web has been picked clean. What buyers are paying for now lives inside operating companies: the record of how a real request became a real outcome. That's what your company holds.
DataHeap bridges that gap.
We work with companies that hold operational data and with the labs and data buyers who need it. We prepare and de-identify everything, handle the licensing, and deliver to the buyer's specification. You list your data, approve the deal, and get paid.
What we source
Data is power
Half of what makes data valuable is what people did with it — the work, the judgment, the outcomes. Here’s where it lives, and what makes each type worth more.
Messages
Slack, email, Teams. Real threads showing how problems get raised, argued and resolved.

FAQ
Fair questions
How much can I actually make?
Active buyer programmes advertise partnership values from roughly $100k into the millions, with some offering recurring revenue on relicensing. Actual value depends on your data's distinctiveness, depth, connectedness and current buyer demand. We'll give you an honest indicative range when we scope your inventory.
Do I have to hand over raw files?
Data is extracted and de-identified before delivery, under a written licensing agreement that defines rights, uses and ownership. You approve the buyer and the scope before anything is delivered.
What about our customers' and employees' private information?
De-identification is applied to every dataset before delivery — personal and sensitive information is removed or replaced, and the process is documented. This is a core part of preparation, not an afterthought.
Do I need to be a certain size?
No. Some buyer programmes focus on larger companies, but buyers exist across the size spectrum, and rare or specialist data matters more than headcount. List your inventory and we'll tell you honestly where you fit.
What does DataHeap charge?
Listing and valuation are free. You never pay us anything. We take our fee from the buyer side of the deal, so our incentive is simple: get you the best achievable terms.
